What is Phiz 'n' Biz?
Phiz 'n' Biz is a project based at the Fresh Gym, 82 Chester Road. Funded by the London Development Agency, LDA, we will be supporting all young people aged 13-18 and up to the age of 25 for differently-abled people. Phiz ‘n’ Biz will be delivering various sport and fitness programmes to help keep all young people active, these programmes will include exercise advice, nutritional information, and keep fit programmes for young mum’s.
In a Nutshell Phiz 'n' Biz aim to introduce health and fitness into youth
